Hi gang!
Just an update on future stories. Right now, I am currently able to produce one episode a week, mainly due to constraints with my day job, which until this podcast begins generating regular money, I will have to keep.
Once summer officially ends on Labor Day, my work schedule should lighten up a bit, which should allow me to begin releasing two episodes a week - which looking at the upcoming Nick Carter stories should allow me to continue to release one story a month. Now, with Halloween season coming up as well, I may begin looking at narrating some Edgar Allan Poe short stories, we'll see how that goes. For the Christmas holiday season, I had considered perhaps A Christmas Carol - but not only does that seem daunting because it's a long-ish story, but so many people have done it before (including Sir Patrick Stewart doing a definative version - in my humble opinion). So, I will be looking at other stories - perhaps Stubby Pringle's Christmas or The Gift of the Magi. Any thoughts? Please send me a message or leave a voicemail on the website.
Again, with the holiday season coming up in less than 5 months now, I would like to remind my supporters that I have an option on my Buy Me A Coffee support page to purchase an audio or video greeting to anyone - and this not only includes birthdays, but anniversaries or Christmas "cards", or heck - ANY celebration. I will record an audio or video that you can send out to anyone - kind of like a Cameo if you've seen those, but it's me doing either a cheesy lounge singer (which is perfect for Birthdays) or me imitating Casey Kasem or the Moviefone guy! $20 for a video or $10 for an audio, both personalized. Please keep that in mind for the upcoming season.
As of this moment, I am about 84 downloads away from hitting my 500 download milestone, and that is SO very exciting - thank you all for the support!
